Vinification

soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must. Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature.

Ageing

in inox steel tanks on the lees for 6 months. Then in bottle for at least 2 months.

Organoleptic description

pale yellow with greenish notes, the nose is characterized by hints of flowers and white fruits. The beautiful freshness on the palate is combined with minerality and flavor that give a particular pleasantness. Ideal in the hot summer and to accompany raw food, appetizers and first courses of fish and white meats.
